Expertise You Need
Expert Witness and Neutral Services
Expert witnesses are individuals with specialized knowledge in a particular area and are called upon to provide their expertise in legal proceedings. In most cases, an expert witness is used to provide testimony in either civil or criminal trials. Their testimony can play a crucial role in helping the court to make its decision, as they can offer unique insights into certain aspects of the case that other parties may not be able to access on their own.
As an expert witness, I can be called upon to provide expert opinions on damages and valuation and participate in other types of litigation, such as contract issues and accounting process evaluations.
Overall, the role of an expert witness is central to many legal proceedings and helps ensure that justice is done in even the most complex and challenging cases.
I also serve as a panel arbitrator for FINRA in the Seattle area. My unique combination of finance, operational and legal experience gives me an advantage in understanding complex issues from employment to risk management. I approach each case with an open mind and spend significant time reviewing the party submissions. I also stay “on script,” – leading to predictable processes and interactions.
